“I accidentally made two reservations through different sources. The hotel brought this to my attention at check-in and immediately rectified the situation. We had stayed here before and enjoyed the privacy of a two bedroom suite. It was also nice to have a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a nice grocery store and we discovered a delicious donut shop nearby! Nice accommodations and good location.”

“There were lots of little cockroaches crawling around, basics like coffee machine, breakfast were missing, the floor was dirty, the walls were damaged and not repaired in time, the windows were of poor quality and noisy.”
