“Great customer service ”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”

“We came in late as we were driving all day and night so we needed a last minute stay. Room was clean and had no frills amenities. Since it is more of an extended stay there wasn’t any breakfast included. It was extremely quiet which was great. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because it did not have any shampoo, conditioner or body lotion which I forgot to bring and the total price was higher then expected for not having breakfast and being a non luxury chain ”

“I like the location of this property. It’s easy access to loop 250, lots of dining and shopping surrounding it and other hotels it’s also nice and quiet. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was excellent, everything you need, refrigerator dishwasher. Comfy beds & good ac. Will stay again ”

“The front desk staff was amazing. We felt special. We hugged them when leaving. The breakfast was very good. Our room was nice and big with plenty of electrical outlets.”
