“The property was just as it was in photos as in person. It is in a quiet area, little traffic, just what you want when you want down time and no drama! Fun areas to explore. Went to Lake Gaston Coffee, awesome scones and coffee. A very nice selection of wines for a coffee shop. Had dinner at Waterview in Littleton. Not far from house at all. Food was great. Right on the water and have music on select days. Rosemont winery is a must. We will be back. Our host was wonderful. Answered……

“The house was amazing! We loved being able to go down to a boat ramp 8 minutes away and bring our boat back to the dock of the house. I cannot brag on this stay enough. The only thing we would ever suggest adding is tie-ons for boats at the dock. We tied off to the surrounding trees. ”

“The house and property were amazing. The beds and linens were cozy. We felt very at home there. The kitchen, bathrooms and utility room were all more than adequately stocked. We brought groceries and cooked and ate at the house each day & night. We much enjoyed our time there. If you are looking for a place to go and do nothing but relax, sit on the dock, enjoy the hot tub and views, this is your place. If you’re looking for entertainment, fine dining or amenities, this is NOT the location for……

“Wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pat’s Place! Our family enjoyed many meals out on the spacious deck . We enjoyed watching and hearing the wildlife. A great yard for games like badminton, frisbee, sling shot glow in the dark “spinners”. Plenty of room for our adult children, spouses and grandkids. We liked the private location and spectacular view of the night sky. Our host was easy to communicate with regarding questions , needs and places to visit/eat. We did not get a chance……

“We loved our stay at this property! My friends and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the sun on the deck and private dock. The outdoor amenities were great. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and tools, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking in due to the keyless entry getting jammed.
