“Sanctuary Bliss is exactly it's name sake. We were 5 people and we each had our own room and bathroom, no waiting for the shower! The condo was clean and the location was not only close to campus but to our graduating son! The host/hostess were wonderful and easy to reach. Actually, the whole process from check in to check out was simple. Recommend this property to anyone and everyone!”

“Absolutely recommend this condo to everyone! Beautiful three bedroom two bath very very clean! Close to everything! Very modern and spacious. Bill was wonderful to communicate with. He was on top of any questions I had. I will definitely be staying there again if I’m back in the area.”

“The condo unit itself was great!!! just perfect for our group with a designated bathroom for each bedroom. We noticed there were a few ants in one of the bathrooms when we first checked in but the property manager was very responsive in getting everything resolved and cleaned up. The two issues we had were 1) the unit being near the complex dumpster, which had not been emptied in quite a while and residents were leaving their garbage near and around, the full dumpster. While it still had not……

“Place was functional, easy to find, host very easy. Overall very clean, except upstairs bath a bit older so couldn’t tell if just stained or unclean. Very quiet”

“Location is very close to FAMU and not far from FSU. It was a good place to stay for parents weekend. It was a fraction of the price that the hotels wanted, which makes it a good option. ”

“It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.”

“Our stay could not have been more pleasant. The condo is wonderfully situated with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The entire condominium was immaculate, beautiful decor, and art. We stay during our hurricane evacuation. Andrew was the most gracious host. So thankful for for the refuge and hospitality. ”
