“The overall property was excellent. There were a few problems with broken furniture, but communication with the property manager was good. They need regular coffee pots in rentals and better pillows. Please feel free to bring your pillow and a regular coffee pot, coffee, sugar, etc... Their pillows are hard as rocks. The property is centrally located to food, shopping, and FSU stadium. Steve is a great communicator. Would stay again, now we know what to bring or not to bring..... ”

“Wonderful location, very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked with everything you will need! The large fenced in backyard was a plus! “The layout was great and accommodated our large group of family in town for FSU graduation very well. We fixed meals in the kitchen which was pretty well supplied. The setting was gorgeous and the ramp was very helpful for one grandmother that uses a walker. Overall, great place!!”

“Perfect for our needs close to doak cambell stadium walking distance to it and the rest of campus. Great communication and quick responses to any questions we had. Spacious house with plenty to do.”

“Great stay for us. Convenient to most anywhere in Tally. Plenty of parking and bedrooms were large and accommodating. Would book again. We didn't have any issues during the stay but Sam was great to communicate with through the entire process.”

“Amazing house, they have everything you could ever need.”

“the house is dated and wasn’t super clean(hairs in bathtub, stains on couches, backyard covered in trash) but it was cheap and we only stayed one night. ”
