“We stayed here for 2 nights while my daughter was home from Japan on leave. The downstairs sectional and tv area was a perfect place to relax and catch up! They went the extra mile with tons of fresh breakfast food waiting for us, really thoughtful!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute house. The kitchen is fully stocked, which I love. Beds were super comfortable, which I also love. Very nice shower. Only downfall is only 1 bathroom. But truly a wonderful stay close to FSU campus and downtown Tallahassee. I would absolutely stay here again. Has its own private back drive which was super convenient.”

“Steve's place was an absolute delight. Veey safe neighborhood and close to shopping and entertainment! We loved the huge sofa! It fit all 4 of us easy for hanging out and watching TV. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds slept excellent! The kitchen was great, as it was equipt with plenty of cookware and utensils. I was able to make breakfast and dinner daily! Parking was easy, with plenty of availability. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!”

“This was such a fabulous house, beautifully renovated and super clean. David’s communication was excellent. It was the most well appointed house I have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was there from coffee (exceptional offerings) to personal care amenities. We were visiting FSU for a tour and it was easily walkable. The game room was appreciated by my boys. I only wish we would have had more time to spend at the house. Hopefully we will be back!”

“The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice.”

I had accidently booked wrong dates for another property and he immediately helped me get switched to another one he had available. He responded quickly with any questions. The house was cute and had literally everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back and book with them at any of their properties! ”

“Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded.”
