“We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!”

“Wir wurden im Hotel Helvetia besonders freundlich umsorgt und fühlten uns fast wie in Österreich. Und das will etwas heissen in der Schweiz! Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen SPA Bereich und auch sonst alles was man benötigt ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. “Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel. Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace. A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk. ”
