“Beautifully decorated and very clean! We were visiting family that had rented a cabin on Putnam Lake. The 2 Cedars cabin was so much nicer than theirs. There isn't any wifi but that just meant we had to "unplug", which was probably a good thing!”

“Clean house. Our our group appreciated the older house that had modern appliances. The property manager was very quick and courteous in responding to a couple non house questions, I wanted extend the stay but the house was already booked. She did try and find other facilities in the area and I appreciated that. Check in was smooth. We didn't use the kitchen facilities or the wi for so no comment on that. We enjoyed the lawn furniture in the evening and left at 4 am to go fishing, the reasons why……

“We loved our time here.We had a great week of fishing, making fires, grilling good food, and spending time together without the noise of the world for just a little while. The area is the just the right amount of ‘remote’. Relaxing around the fire overlooking and listening to the running river was a peak experience. The cabin itself just felt instantly cozy and familiar, almost like experiencing nostalgia for a place we’ve never been. One of the nights got pretty rainy, so we got to enjoy the……

“Property was excellent. Listing a bit miss leading. I would not say it is beachfront. There is a road that runs in between the house and beach. There are also about 90 steps to get from the house down to the beach. Otherwise the house was awesome! It was stock with everything you could need. The view was perfect.”

“Great location close to the dunes and our favorite place to eat the chicken shack! Very clean and private woodsy area with plenty of parking for our toys. Kitchen had everything we needed and water pressure was great after a day at the beach. Spent alot of time around the fire pit and would definitely stay here again.”

“My family and I had a few extra days to stay in Michigan and we found this available last minute 4th of July week. Honestly surprised it was with its location on a smaller quiet lake with a private beach and all the amenities needed for fun. I have 4 kids ages 8 and younger and all had bikes, life jackets for boat time, their own bed, and plenty of fun games and toys. We would have loved to stay longer but we’re glad to have found this gem away from the big lake bustle. Our hosts even let us……

“We (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 dog) really enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The owner provided detailed instructions for finding the place, and check in was a breeze. The space was exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. Rooms had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked for cooking some nice dinners together. Location in the woods was peaceful, but close enough for us to enjoy trips to Manistee, Travese City, and Frankfort. On the occasions we stayed in, there were fun games to play and Roku TVs……
