It is well stocked and very conveniently located in town, close enough to anything you need to venture out for and yet the property is perfectly nestled away in a quaint little old Florida neighborhood. Check in was without incident and conversation was effortless with our host. The children loved having that great big yard to play in while we prepared dinner. ”

“Third stay at this comfortable cottage - just as wonderful as the prior visits. The hosts are communicative and responsive. Love the fresh eggs, they made a yummy breakfast. And the horses loved the apples (thank you, Dave, for the suggestion!). Will definitely be back for a fourth visit.”

“Communication with the host was simple and she was accessible. The basic amenities were readily available and we did not have to rush to go to the supermarket when we arrived. The place is spacious, clean and neighbourhood very quiet.”

The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The host kindly provided water, a few snacks, and an array of board games for our family to enjoy. Our rooms were comfortable and we didn't have any issues. There was plenty of space for the five of us (4 adults and one teenager).The check-in and check-out instructions were pretty simple and didn't take long to complete. We were in town for a concert at Amalie Arena which was only about 2.5 miles away. Great proximity to downtown, restaurants,……

There’s an arcade/bar at the end of the street, tons of restaurants within 10 mins and downtown is an easy drive. Definitely recommend for an affordable getaway in beautiful Tampa!”
