We were able to ask questions prior to arrival, received prompt responses, questions asked during our stay, again, were responded to quickly, and any issues we had after checking out were answered promptly AND expertly. We had PLENTY of room for our family of 7, with appropriate safety equipment for a younger child (which for an ICU RN is a plus).
