“Second time I've stayed here, only issue is breakfasts seem to be a bit disorganised; both times I've stayed here, I've been forgotten! Having said that, every staff member is super friendly, and super helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I'm in the area at least once a month for work, so I'll continue to stay here, as the bed, breakfast and dinner deal is great value and keeps our accounts dept happy! Just don't forget me at breakfast! 🙂”

“Beautiful property for couples or singles. Would not recommend for children. Charged 7.5 pounds for each 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year olds for breakfast. Location is good, food was good. Our room on the top floor might be a bit hot in warm weather. Opening window let in mosquitos.”

“We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Greenway. We were upgraded on arrival, and everything about the stay was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely, and the spa was also very good - my partner enjoyed her treatment as well. Food was excellent - we tried both the brasserie and main dining restaurant - both were delicious. Breakfast was also lovely. “The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the availability of a microwave oven are positive aspects. However, the lighting in the room is inadequate, especially near the door. Furthermore, the dark-colored carpet makes the room appear even dimmer. The room’s price is quite high, likely due to the Cheltenham Festival.”

“The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.”
