“Excellent all the way around ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and completely remodeled house! It was perfect for our two kids (13 & 15) and dog. Everything was well stocked, clean, and had a great layout. There’s only two reasons it doesn’t get perfect: road noise (totally fine if you have a sound machine) and garage access. Otherwise I would rent this or recommend again! Fabulous property manager with great communication. Thank you! ”

“The Bird House was as advertised, and we found that it was very roomy for our group of 5. The hot tub was a bonus, but sadly the weather did not cooperate with us! The location was just close enough to get over to the square or campus easily, but out a bit to be away from any congestion. We would happily stay on a future visit.”

“We enjoyed our three days in Arkansas and at this property. Modern, clean and comfortable interior. Good parking and outside area. Weather prevent us or oir dogs from enjoying the yard. But its a nice size and secure for pets to run. ”

“Our stay was perfect. The container turned into a cabin was the most cutest and comfortable place ever. Just perfect for someone wanting to be away from everyone. The road was steep , but was fine for my suv. We sit by the fire and just enjoyed ourselves. Everything in cabin was as perfect. Cabin was very clean. I am a cabin cleaner myself so I’m picky . We will definitely be returning. ”

“My husband and our 3 year old son stayed here from Alabama to see my family and have a little vacation. The home itself and the location were wonderful- everything was as described and it was pretty well stocked. Well stocked kitchen and clean and working appliances. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars for cleanliness is because I was really disappointed at how filthy the floors and some of the linens were. Under the beds and furniture were what looked liked months of dust bunny build up……

“Cute house with a relaxing and beautiful view. Loved sitting on the porch or in the hot tub looking over the lake. As stated the road going to the house is a little rough, but you just take your time for that short distance to get to your little piece of heaven. Would definitely suggest this place to my friends and family!”
