“We had a wonderful stay - very impressed with the room, it was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of storage for clothes in the room, staff were very helpful and friendly, offering luggage storage for our evening flight so we could go out in the day. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating". A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards. Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable. Not too noisy as it's not next to main street. Overall satisfied with the experience. ”
