“Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained.……

“No working ac on 90 degree weather.... no lighting in the bedrooms... no working dryer...lost electricity and no one in maintenance responded to fix these issues. Because no electricity, refrigerator stopped working and all of our food we purchased for 4 days got spoiled. Had to buy battery operated fans and battery lighting to make it through our last days and to be able to pack. The tripping hazard because of the darkness was substantial, so if you're traveling with children or elderly ones,……

“Lots of problems. First off got no check in information as stated. Emailed the host and asked when I would be getting details. Host email back 48 prior to check in. At that point it was less than 24 hours. Finally got check in info, and the unit was on the second floor. I asked and they said yes to a first floor unit. Reached out and they said sorry no first floor units available. I have elderly parents that have COPD and I really didn’t want them walking up and down the stairs in the altitude.……
