“Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed for 4 nights and this is a great location in Windsor. 1 block from the lake and walk to restaurants and bars. 1 hr from Denver and Boulder if you’re heading that direction. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was the perfect location ”

“Our stay was gooe only things we noticed was that there was no teaspoon which was weird and when we asked for them we got plastic ones. We did notice the filters needed to be changed above the tv but said they took care of that although unless they're gray filters they didn't look changed to us. “ The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. ”

“Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained.……

“Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was impeccably clean, which my OCD LOVED. This house was exactly as described. It truly was a home away from home. “No working ac on 90 degree weather.... no lighting in the bedrooms... no working dryer...lost electricity and no one in maintenance responded to fix these issues. Because no electricity, refrigerator stopped working and all of our food we purchased for 4 days got spoiled. “Lots of problems. First off got no check in information as stated. Emailed the host and asked when I would be getting details. Host email back 48 prior to check in. At that point it was less than 24 hours. Finally got check in info, and the unit was on the second floor. I asked and they said yes to a first floor unit.
