“I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again.”

“It's Brighton, so not far from anything. Close to the Lanes. They have a discount deal with a local restaurant but you have to ask for it. The onsuite single room was small but I was there to sleep not entertain, so that was okay for me.
The only slight negative was that it was not very dark when the lights went out. But as I said earlier was asleep at night so only a little negative.”
“Excellent location for a trip to an event at Brighton Dome (just 10mins away) and stones throw to the beach. Check in is at the pub adjoining. The couple who run the hotel gave us two rooms situated together which was really thoughtful and the rooms were really lovely, bright and spacious. Really enjoyed out stay. I would recommend to make sure you confirm your booking well in advance of your stay. ”
“It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.”
“It was really cosy, great location and allowed us to keep our bags there after we checked out so we could go around Brighton without our bags. It was only £5 for that service as well.”
“Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead.
Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach.

"I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. "
