Screened in porch with a lakeside view is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing times outside free from bugs. The kayaks and paddle boards allow for comfortable exploring of the majestic Whitstone lake. Make dinner in the beautiful open kitchen or grill on the barbecue downstairs. And the fire pit is the perfect place for evening gatherings. A+++”

“The place was dirty. Went to the basement to check out the laundry room and found standing water because the sub pump was broken, 3 full piles of bedding in and on the washer and dryer. This led me to believe the sheets on the bed had not been washed. The stove top was dirty, dishes in the dishwasher, dirt in between the cushions of the couch. There were no towels, few electrical outlets. We stayed only one night because it was too late to find another alternative. On the plus side the owner……

“My husband and I absolutely loved this location. The view is spectacular and the property is immaculate. I would caution anyone traveling with older adults or very young children, there are a lot of stairs—in the house and down to the water. My father in-law claimed climbing up from the lake to the house was equivalent to climbing the Eiffel Tower. (It’s not, but you get his point.) We would stay again in a heartbeat!”
