“The stay here was excellent. The house was very clean and relaxing. Enjoyed the view of the creek with the geese off the back deck and the massage chair was the greatest. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back. ”

“The house was lovely. Had everything we needed as advertised. Unfortunately, the town of Damascus was devastated by a flood due to Hurricane Helene. We lost power about 9:40am on 9/27. Also, lost water around the same time. We had to evacuate around 5:30pm on 9/27. We apologize for not being able to wash the dishes or complete some of the other check out procedures due to the circumstances. We are devastated for the community of Damascus as they have suffered catastrophic damage in town. Luckily……

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the 1818 Riverfront Cottage. The beautiful historical house was nestled on a riverfront property and adjacent to the local green belt. The house was equipped with everything we would need for our weekend getaway & then some. The hosts really went above and beyond to ensure every little detail was accounted for. Our dog also thoroughly enjoyed his stay and made himself right at home. We have family locally and look forward to making this our home……

“Property was good mostly. Bathroom could use TLC. Tiling done. Floors are nice but need some sanding. Was easy to get to and easy to enter. Would not mind staying again if needed when visiting family!”
