“Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. ”

The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. “Very nice!! Thanks for the snacks, and that is the cutest microwave/coffe pot/toaster combo ever! ONLY comment(NOT a complaint), may consider storing a thin mattress pad in the closet for the foldout couch. Needs just a little more cushion.”

“Quiet, tidy neighborhood convenient to downtown (the State Street tourist areas). The property is exactly as pictured, with the addition of an amazing flower garden in the back yard! We enjoyed its proximity to South Holston Lake and to the Mendota Trail for biking/walking.”

“It is a nice place to stay for convenience. Easy to get to and within driving distance of many places in Bristol. The area it is in may be a little run down but I felt safe. ”

“When we arrived we were greeted by Lynn and her son. They help us carry our things to the house. The house was perfect. Lynn thought of everything. Water in the fridge and a bucket of snacks. This was our first VRBO rental and it will be very very hard to top the hospitality that we received. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the area. The location was great. Close to shopping and many restaurants. We chose the Wright location. ”

“We we here in June of 2025. The host went out or her way to make everything great for our stay. She left us a surprise in the refrigerator for our stay here during the NHRA event. The home was very comfortable and very clean. Not a complaint one. The home was so cozy and cooled very well and furnished with everything you will need with your stay.
