“Our own entrance led us upstairs to a wonderful, spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom even had new toothbrushes/toothpaste/mouthwash if you needed it ( not all the vrbos I go to have that!) and super walkable to downtown- location is the best part of it!”

“We used Sandy and Jay's place as a landing spot for our nephews wedding weekend. The location to the wedding was perfect for us! The cottage had everything we needed and more. Loved the outside patio too! Their place was clean and lovely! Would definitely recommend! ”

“Stayed here for a girls weekend with friends who flew in from around the country. The house was great for us, the kitchen had everything we needed to make nice meals (and grill.) There was every tool we needed, from grill cleaner to a garlic press and lemon squeezer. The backyard provided a great setting for us to sit and eat. There was an AC unit in each window, which we needed. Great location. Would stay again!”

“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……
