“We loved staying here during Parents Weekend at Roger Williams University. The neighborhood is very cute and within walking distance to much that Bristol has to offer! The cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bonus was the outdoor space complete with seating and fire table. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely stay here again in our next few years with our son studying at RWU.”

“Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. Everything was spotless, and I couldn’t come up with anything I might need that wasn’t there. It was so close the many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Nest for Reuben’s and a beer. The cottage feels like you’re at Mom’s house, and it just feels like a happy place. I……

“Great rental. Well appointed and very clean. Good communication. I appreciated the convenience features such as sewing kit, bandaids, mouthwash, qtips etc as I ended up needing quite a few. The book of local info and restaurant menus was also very useful. I also was pleasantly surprised by the welcome Bottle of wine. Nice touch! ”

“The check-in went smoothly and as descripted. The house was in a perfect location for us. We used to live in Bristol and enjoyed being back! Our two adult children and their families joined us, and of course, our fur-baby, Pookie came, as well. Three bedrooms, three huge bathrooms, AC units in every room--perfect. All the kitchen supplies were there. Easy to maneuver around the counter extension, too. So thankful to find an affordable, well-arranged home that was pet-friendly! Felt like……
