“Served our party perfectly and was like staying in a luxury home with all the benefits. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets and coffee and spices. Owner was responsive. Location is beautiful just 17 minutes out of Golden. Beds were comfortable and house was spotlessly clean. ”

“We spent 4 very enjoyable days staying at the Chalet at Swan Lake. Our group ranged from a two year old, through to early 80 year old grandparents. A total of 10 people.The Chalet is big with plenty of space for all the family, bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only comment is that there is really only one bathroom to share for guests in 4 of the rooms, and a bathroom within the largest upstairs bedroom.This wasn't a big deal for us as we shared the upstairs bathroom with our children,……

“Magical! We loved our stay and the views were amazing. Every morning we drank our coffee on the porch and gazed at the mountains. The house is very well appointed and has everything you will need. It was the perfect home away from home.”

“Perfect location for a ski getaway! This quirky home was great for us to base out of during our trip to Whitewater. We had a little trouble getting into the house on arrival, but the owners were quick to respond and get us in the property. If you come to ski, make sure you have 4WD. The driveway is no joke :) ”

“We had a great trip to the Banff/Golden Area. The condo fit our family perfectly. Having the hot tub at the end of the day to relax in was a huge hit as well. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Even though we had to do a little more driving, the accommodations made it worth while. It took some planning, but we were able to leave in the morning and be gone most of the day to see and hike many sights. Way more affordable here than staying in Banff area with a family……

“Group of 4 couples who get together each year for an annual ski trip- we loved that everyone had their own space, but also lots of space where we could hang together. Great skiing, with ski out trail just across the road. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen with everything one would expect. Very nice that use of the garage is included. Hot tub could use better access as we always felt like we tracked dirt into it, even trying not to. Also would've been nice to have bath towels provided, kind of……

“We were 100% happy with this VRBO. Was exactly as shown in photos( some aren’t!). Beautifully decorated with well stocked dishes/ cooking utensils/ etc. Lots of space for my family of 10. Lovely neighborhood & very close to ski lifts. Highly recommend.”

“Had a great stay at this location. Hosts were amazing, answered quickly to all questions and place was very clean. Listing is accurate to what you get, bunk beds don’t have a door but the other two rooms are great.Ski in and out was a little challenging with young kids but overall for intermediate skiers it’s and easy ride in and out.”
