“Staying over one night to visit my son at college. This was the perfect little room for my needs. Checked into a double w/half bath. The priperty was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. While the bed would be too small if I was sharing it, it was just right for a single adult. The location and price can't be beat. This will now be my go-to place to stay when traveling through Chicago solo.”

“Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants.
