“Bon séjour, par contre c’était compliqué pour l’arrivée, l’hôtel a envoyé un mail , on a dû appeler et on ne savait pas où récupérer, heureusement qu’une autre famille est venue aussi qui fait qu’on savait où récupérer les clés car à la fermeture impossible d’appeler qui que ce soit Sinon niveau propreté et confort, ça reste correcte”

“I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails ”
