“The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room my daughter and I were assigned was on the second floor. I'm not sure if there was an elevator available to us, but the concierge immediately offered to help take our bags to our room. He was very attentive. He recognized us throughout our visit, the other guests with whom we arrived, as well as their room numbers off the top of his head. Excellent service!!! The room was very clean. “This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!!……
