“Had a very nice and comfortable stay. Roomy condo, extra clean with great communication from host. It is centrally located to most attractions in and around DC as long as you have a car or make use of bus or metro.Nice backyard porch although the view from it could use some TLC. I would rent this vrbo again.”

“Shower drain not draining. HVAC system needs maintenance per msg. Part of shade in small bathroom missing. Pillows very minimal. Explanations on the heat zones for future guests would be good idea. Enjoyed all the Rooms. ”

“The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. Basically the size of a large hotel room. 3) The third level is a roof patio. Since it was cool while we were there, we didn't spend much time up there either. The entrance from the……

“My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal……
