“The biggest concern was the condition of the third floor shared restroom. Two recommendations: An installed toilet paper roll and a secure water distributor on the tub. It isn’t an ideal tub for persons over 5’ tall, but one can sit and scrub satisfactorily as long as they have average flexibility. Also, an upgrade of tile on the walls and floor of the shared restroom would be ideal.”

“I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. “The listing was/is 100% accurate and intentional decor. The hosts were very responsive and kind.When in doubt with some of the house features; labeled instructions were provided nearby. “My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal……

“We came up to watch our grandson play for the Bowie Baysox, a Nationals game, an Orioles game and to tour DC. This place was perfect About a half an hour from Baltimore and DC and about ten minutes from the Bowie park. Clean and safe neighborhood. We met the owners one day and they couldn’t have been nicer. “The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there.
