“Excellent location, right by the zoo, the place is well stocked and clean, in a nice neighborhood. Close to attractions and easy to go to other western suburbs of Chicago. Has everything we needed :). The host was great with communicating and was able to allow us to borrow a pack n play as well. Would stay again! ”

“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“Staff was very patient and helpful when we had issues checking in. Room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-kept. The parking area is somewhat small, but nice and free of trash. The water pressure could have been better, but since that was my only real nitpick this was an overall very pleasant stay.”
