“The customer service is bad”

“I need to somewhere to stay for a night in Chicago and found this place. It had a varying level of reviews but found the property more the suitable for what I paid. Easy to follow instructions to get in, clean, and convienent. They even provide ear plugs to drown out the sounds of the city.”

“This property is very clean and a nice place to stay, especially when attending a cubs game in wrigleyville. Everything is in walking distance and it’s a safe neighborhood.”

“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is……

“Great location, convenient to downtown and blue line to airport. Everything necessary in unit, comfortable temperature and full kitchen with unique grocery store nearby.”

“Beautiful space that is extremely close to the blue line subway. Very cozy apartment, clean, quiet, and in a safe area. Short subway or uber ride to get to the city and direct blue line access to the airport. Check in and check out were easy and we had no issues accessing the space with our temporary code provided. We would absolutely stay here again! ”
