“The stay was fine. I think the photos are quite deceiving unless I missed the memo.. I thought I’d be entering a beautiful large lobby based on the photos but the lobby is very small with the check in counter to the left and a few chairs for seating to the right. What it seems like is the nice entrance is actually additional photos of the pool area up on the 7th floor. If you hope to check in a bit early this is not the place for you. “This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up.”

“The room was immaculate– the space had many amenities and was perfect for my working 'vacation'. I loved getting back to my hotel room after a long day of meetings. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed the fitness room and also the hot breakfasts. I noticed that there was a salon on site, but I didn't take advantage of that. It's name says it all--it's a 'gem.'”

“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is……
