“Bill and Becky were excellent hosts. I contacted them with a question and received an immediate response along with a courtesy phone call. The building and room were spotless and in excellent shape. Location is as described and convenient. Coffee and fixings were available, complimentary toothbrush and paste if you forgot yours, as well as complimentary laundry facilities. I highly recommend this property and will make this my choice of stay every time I visit Indianapolis in the future.”

“I was very surprised by this property. It was all the cleanliness and niceness of a hotel but with the comfort of a one bedroom apartment. It was so nice to have a full fridge and a washer and dryer. The bed was also very comfortable with lots of pillows. At first it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere, but there's a ton to eat and lots of shopping just 10 minutes away. It makes for a quiet spot as well. Plus a Starbucks is closeby! My only minor complaint is that it is next to a busy road……
