“Very clean, close to everything downtown. Easy walk to the football / basketball stadium!”

“EXCELLENT, top marks on all fronts. We were in town to catch a Colts game and do some golfing. The location is prime downtown, easy walking to football or basketball, restaurants, bars, etc. Even the layout of the property was ideal for 2 or 4 with a large common area, 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean with amenities provided. I would highly recommend the property.”

“Friendly and helpful communication. Place was very clean and stocked with all the essentials and more. The location was perfect. Short walks to anything in the city. We had perfect weather for sightseeing. Went to a Fever game. Ate great food. Took naps. Checked boxes. The building has lots of historical charm and character. Felt very safe. Indy peeps were very friendly. Overall great visit. ”

“Wow, what an excellent place to stay in Indy! It is close to most places that we wished to visit. The area is very lively and walkable. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. There was an ample supply of clean towels, soap etc. Washer/dryer/dishwasher came in real handy. The beds were nice and firm. The place was also kid friendly. The hosts Austin and Hunter had excellent communication without being intrusive. Overall A+, and definitely would love to stan again when in Indy! Thank……

“The property was very clean and spacious. We loved the location as it was walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lots of restaurants to walk to as well. Our unit had an issue with the AC & we were without it for about 24 hours. Our hosts responded quickly to this issue & took care of the situation. They gave us some money back without us having to ask which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and we plan to return in the future for our next Fever game!”
