“We were looking for a space for 4 different couples to stay and this place did not disappoint!”

“Over all the property was as described the only downfall but was out of property owners controll was there was construction on the road in front of the property and the furnace wasnt working properly but when we let him know he was willing to get someone out to look at it”

“This was the perfect place for me and 6 other co-workers to stay for the week while we attended a conference downtown. The mile walk might be a little much when it’s warm,but very pleasant in April. The house was spacious and clean and the management company was very responsive.would definitely stay here again. ”

“This home has a lot of potential. It was very roomy and had ample space for us to hang out in. The kitchen did have pots, pans, plates, and silverware. However it did not have cutting boards, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, and some other necessities needed if you plan to cook while you are there. Our only true issue was the heating. If it was comfortable downstairs, it was very warm upstairs. We just cracked a window to mitigate it because we had people sleeping in all bedrooms. ”

“The space was fine for what we needed. The location was great. It was clean and the sleeping arrangements were good. If you don’t plan to order delivery or need to reheat food, it might be fine. It was very obvious they timed the auto messages and the inbox was not monitored the hours they claimed. The listing is also not accurate for having a desk/office or outdoor/balcony area, unless they’re behind the locked back door. We ordered pizza to be delivered the first night. “At the surface level the house is very nice. It was perfect for our weekend stay. The house is really clean!!! The finishes are really nice, the beds are AMAZING, if you like hard mattresses, which we do. The location is great, right down the road from restaurants, bars, shopping and of course the speedway. However…When you look closer to everything, there are cracks and rips in the walls, the floors are horribly uneven, to a point that the windows don’t lock. The window in the bedroom with……

“The home and host were excellent. Well above average. Here are the only negatives:Super steep driveway.No garbage bags.Very minimal cooking utensils.Otherwise, everything was as advertised and in good order. I would rent with them again.”
