“This property was perfect for a girls getaway trip. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with little extras that made it that much nicer. The furniture was comfortable and the electric fireplace made the living area cozy. The house was very clean and the mattress/bedding was comfy. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again if were in the area.”

“We stayed 4 nights, clean and quiet! Host was amazing at replying…..really we didn’t try to bother her much. We were confused about parking but it’s just in front of this rental instead of on the side. We went exploring mostly, but coming back to a comfy house was great instead of a hotel. Thank you! Definitely recommend! ”

“The Red House is in a quiet area and was well stocked with any and everything you might need. The host even provided fresh eggs and muffins for breakfast!!! If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again.”

“My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.”

“The view was amazing! Loved having 2 master suites. Screened deck allowed for bug free outdoor enjoyment! Lift was smooth and eliminated most of the stairs to the dock :) Took advantage of the included golf cart. Had a great evening around the fire pit making hot dogs and smores. House was plenty big enough for my family of 7 and a 4 year old :))”

“Stayed at this property during a weekend hunting trip to Ballard WMA. Perfect for what we needed. Older farm house, not perfect but had good heat, hot water and room for 4 adults. Owner was very nice and communicated very well. Checked to make sure we had everything needed. Very accommodating!”

“We stayed for two nights with 5 adults and two children under the age of two. Plenty of space for everyone and kudos to whoever cleans the house. All beds we comfortable and no complaints from anyone in our group.Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, silverware and plates and just about anything else you would need. It was cold outside but the heating system kept us very comfortable. Would 100% stay again.”

“My family wanted a quiet place in the garden of the gods for our familys Girls Birthday Retreat(mother me and daughter all within a week). This place is like home away from home plus some. Has room for the whole family. Full kitchen and a game room! A hot tub for max relaxing. r Rockers for good ole porch sitting sessions. A fire pit grill and a gorgeous yard with a view to boot. “This little two bedroom home was perfect for our getaway. Very clean, super well stocked and supplied, comfortable beds, quiet, neighborhood, and in walking distance to pretty much everything. We enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard every evening and heard the coyotes, but didn’t see them. Would highly recommend. ”
