“What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming. “Easy central location. Bathrooms were a bit inconvenient with 12 people but there were plenty of beds and seating, every kitchen gadget imaginable, and a great cooling system. All needs were met. I will say the steep set of all stairs cannot be stressed enough as well as the treads not being full sized. If you are traveling with people that are known to be messy, maybe bring your own towels and bedding. We would stay again!”
