“What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. “The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.”

“This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever had! Aside from the usual positive reviews, like being comfortable, clean, spacious, and full of amenities, it was unique and enchanting! Every little detail was some kind of vintage or antique. It was like visiting a museum! It was walking into a page of history. The kitchen was authentic 1950s vintage.
