“Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting to Edwin each morning over the delicious breakfast he cooked us (with fresh bread and eggs from his gorgeous ducks!) and the meal easily sustained us throughout the day which was perfect. “Great location, 15 min walk into central Belfast, local amenities lots of options and open late which was great Room was ok (room 5), walls really thin so take ear plugs to block out televisions and snorers Kitchen facilities limited, and smelt really damp. Needs a deep clean overall and if you leave food in the fridge it is at your own risk, ours was stolen on the first night. ”
