“Fabulous property! Extremely well stocked from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, and outdoor space! Our group had a blast from being outside and using the paddle boards and canoe, to being around the kitchen island talking and eating! Would absolutely stay here again! Jodi was a great host!”

“Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to……

“This property is everything listed and more. We definitely would recommend to others with dogs. LARGE secure fenced in area with LARGE doggy door. We have a 100 pound plus German shepherd, and he was right at home inside the cabin. Loved the big yard and long driveway as we didn't have to worry about road traffic at all when outside playing ball. ”

“If you’re looking for a quiet get away from the stresses of daily life, this is a great place to relax and reboot. The lake is beautiful and 90 percent undeveloped. And so quiet and peaceful. There is a residence nearby with motor boats at their dock, but they weren’t there for the five days we were staying here. The experience would have been different with those out on the lake, as it is a small lake. The fishing was great, if you like throwing lures for bass. The beds were comfortable. ……

“Nice small cabin on water, Great location, can access ATV trails and a couple close restaurants/bars.. Great communication with host and she made sure we had what we needed and that we understood what we needed to do.”

“Me and my husband were looking for a nice quiet place away and we learned that's exactly what we got! Very little traffic on the road, you felt like you were the only ones around. I would definitely go back but when we arrived there was a for sale sign. It's a wonderful place to stay. And I hope we can go back next year!”

“This was our second stay at this cottage and we had another great vacation. It’s a great location on the lake and the cottage has everything you need. We caught plenty of good size crappie every day. The lake is beautiful and the location is quiet and secluded. Craig is very responsive and was able to quickly respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The pictures and description of the property are exactly what you get. Place was comfortable, the loft with extra bed was cozy with a pretty view. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions.
