“Before booking, one should make sure that it is not a hotel, but an individual apartment on the farm. Nothing around, no place for breakfast. The internet Wifi did not work. Had to call to get the AC turned on, but they did it. You can communicate only with a lady over the phone, nobody onsite to communicate with in english. At least 3-4 kms from the town. We liked the farm setting, but lot of bugs in there and not clean, i guess it could be due to farm. But, don't expect a clean room like……

“This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.”
