“We really enjoyed the peace and quiet here. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The host was on site and helpful with any questions and was very accommodating, but completely unobtrusive. I believe they are adding a gazebo or something similar near the marsh, which would make it even better. My only issue was they had cute Adirondack chairs at the fire pit and I’m too old and inflexible to be able to sit in those! ”

“Bedsheet & Towel was not wash.only one towel for 3day. Request one more but not get it. Shower was broken. Smoke alarm has no Battery & make sound lot until takeoff. After wash dryer was Broken too. Dust was everywhere. Complained was send with pic but nothing fix until CK out. My wife is really disappointed about it. Please take care or Don’t rent it again Please. ”

It was very convenient for where the birthday party was located great entertaining and nice that the house was a split game room on one side so that the kids could play the house was very clean. Had some issues and the owners were very fast to respond. Will definitely stay in the home again.”

“The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it is. There were holes in the walls, a huge gap in the side door, and other defects such as a sink faucet that was barely attached. There was no soap/shampoo, no internet and the remotes for the TV did not work. The host was kind and check in was good, but this place could use some serious TLC. Also, please be cautious when booking this place because the surrounding neighborhood is suspect. There were people sifting through trash and……

“This stay was definitely one to remember. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pile of trash right outside the property. Thankfully, the porch light wasn’t working, so we didn’t have to see it at night—problem solved!Inside, the bedding had a distinct musty smell, and we even found a few stains and some pet hair sprinkled across the furniture and in the air. It felt like the previous guests were still there in spirit!One of the bedroom windows didn’t close all the way, which added a refreshing……

“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”
