“We rented the studio during recent stay to Jacksonville from another state. We stayed near our daughter and her family as they welcomed a newborn. It was a great reprieve from sleeping on the couch in the living room with our now 3 grandchildren (under 3) and their parents. There are no windows but we were gone most of the day. There is private outside sitting area for morning and evening as weather permits. The neighborhood is family oriented safe and convenient for our visit.”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
