“This was a great spot for our trip for the Georgia-Florida Game. Right next to a great area in Jacksonville full of food options and stores. Right across the river from the stadium and only an easy hour walk over or an even easier trip by Uber or such. The property was great for my partner and I with our two large dogs. The owner was great and welcomed all of us in. The king size bed and the AC helped us sleep great all night. Highly recommend and will consider in the future. ”

“I was there for 6 weeks. The location was perfect - 10 minutes drive to UF Proton where I received treatment. I walked most everywhere else. The sunsets from the patio were fantastic! The neighborhood was beautiful and family oriented with a few nice parks. I enjoyed the variety of great restaurants and coffee shops. Retail shopping at Christmas was fun. There is also a nice Publix just a ten minute walk away. I highly recommend this property.”

“When I arrived it was very dirty leaves and animals hair all over on everything it took me hours to clean up and I had to go buy new bedding since that was also dirty was promised a refund for the cleaning fees and still never received them had a hard time communicating with host and over all terrible experience ”

“I booked this VRBO with the expectation of a comfortable and clean space for my adult children that were displaced from medical school in Georgia due to Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I encountered immediate difficulties. I had not received the necessary code to access the property, despite checking all my emails, including spam. It took over an hour to contact the host and obtain the code. The property itself was a significant disappointment.……
