“We stayed for 2 nights. This was by far our favourite stay on our 2 week Scotland holiday. This Inn feels so luxurious and is truly top notch. I cannot say enough about the restaurant. My goodness, Michelin level food and service! Truly! The detail put in to our rooms furnishings and decor was gorgeous. And the staff are a level above the rest. Incredible.”

“I stayed here so that I could attend the Highland games in Crieff and was only here just over 13 hours. Keep in mind that it's an old building with no a/c or lift and you'll be just fine! I took only the things I needed for the night in with me (leaving the rest in my car, where it felt very safe) and I slept with the window open and I was just fine (I'm very warm-blooded). The breakfast was great, but the icing on the cake is that the owner is a hoot! I really enjoyed chatting with her, even……

“Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. The warmest of welcomes and we were so well taken care of. Attentive and polite customer services, similar to that of Ashford Castle, that seems to be lost in many establishments these days. The only complaint we had, was that the bedroom was cold even with the small radiator up to its maximum temperature, and the fires had not been lit in the bar area……

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease from the very beginning. The food options are a step above for evening dining and at breakfast.
