“优点： 1.房间够大，一房一厅，几乎有45平米； 2.房间里有准备的水果，饼干，红酒，水，免费的咖啡机； 3.离老城近，走路8分钟； 4.前台服务不错 缺点： 1.房间窗户对着街道，对面就是药房，窗帘不遮光，一晚上都能感觉到灯光； 2.早餐实在是一般，对不起五星级酒店的称号，说句实在话，不好吃”

“The hotel staff were wonderful. Each morning the staff helped me navigate to the meeting sites for my tours. They contacted a bus company on my behalf when I had departure site questions. The laundry service was good. The hot shower and water pressure was great. Each room is decorated according to a design theme. Hotel was close to museums and the University Square.”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man läuft ca. 5min zur Metrostation Tipp: wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, sollte man die Zwischentür zur Rezeption zuziehen.”

“Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet.”
