“Outside impression was a little iffy, the yard was in need of mowing and the bushes a little overgrown. They did mow and trim the bushes so it looked better. The inside was really nice and clean, aside from the tiny piss ants. The other thing was the blue tarps hanging halfway on the roof and hanging in the back by the pool. WE would definitely stay there again.”

“We loved our trip! The house is practically brand new. Everything was beautiful. The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes. I’d say front door to feet in the water is about 5 minutes. There are a few restaurants walking distance and several more less than a mile away. ”

“This is a great home to stay in when visiting Ft Myers beach. It has two nicely sized bedrooms and baths, an open floorplan in the living space that leads to a nice lanai and pool area. The pool and the spa are great, offering fun away from the crowds and the beach. Tammy has thought of everything when it comes to living the beach lifestyle, from beach carts and chairs, to umbrellas, floats for the pool, a stroller, and a very impressive array of coolers to use for a fun day at the beach!
