“Matlaca is a beautiful little town. It feels so old Florida. Everything is in walking distance from these tiny homes which are so cute and so adorable. Everything was ready for us upon our arrival. We ate at the blue dog restaurant, which was one block away, walking distance, and also the perfect cup…. Perfect cup has the most amazing coffee and incredible crab Benedict…. Blue Dog has some incredible food. Everything from the best cooking shrimp I’ve ever had to fresh fish great service……

“This was our third stay at Magnolia. The house is always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything that we like to do. We will plan to stay here again! ”

“The house was very clean. The decorations are very nice. The outside area is awesome. There are plenty of toys and such for pool play. They keep the pool nice and warm, which isn't always the case I have found in other VRBO's. The yard is fenced with a privacy fence and was great for our dog.The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking device you could possibly want. “Loved our stay! Jesse was great in communicating back to me when I asked he call me not because anything was wrong but I simply had to ask him something. I was completely amazed at the little things that I found including bug spray and batteries just to mention a couple of things.
