“Excellent property and our room was great. Communication with resort Harbour properties was excellent. The Marriott restaurant service was not great we waited over 30 mins for a drink. But the pools and beach were amazing. ”

“It was a great place to stay, but the power went out twice while we were there. I understand that the property managers were not in control, but we would have appreciated some compensation for that. The one night that the power was out, it was out for 5 hours and we were not able to make dinner. Food went to waste. Also, we would have appreciated a couple beach chairs to use. The price we paid should have included chairs. ”

“We loved this condo, it was so clean and all furnishings are new and coastal theme! The view is gorgeous! Flippers being right in the parking lot was great to have dinner so close by. Only drawback is we thought we would have beach access for morning walks. There is not access. We walked through some rough terrain to get to the beach and then we could walk the beach. The traffic getting off the island is very bad especially at dinner time. Allow extra time for dinner anywhere. But over a very……

“The condo was nice but construction everywhere (1/2025). They were working on our building as well as others all around us. I called in advance,and was told only minor construction on the front side. That’s was a lie. Also terrible traffic and limited restaurants. The place itself was nice and would recommend it once the work is completed. I hope Ft Myers gets back to the way it was. I hope this review helps!”

“Located mid island 2 blocks from beach on a quiet side street. Nice house recently remodeled. Nicely decorated and comfy furniture. Management quickly responded to a need.”
