“Family and I loved the entire experience ”

“The hotel was decent and it met my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was busy both mornings, but staff did a pretty good job of making sure items were stocked. I felt like the bathroom showed its age a little (on the darker side, no exhaust fan, no stopper in the sink), but otherwise we had a nice stay.”

“Our ( my sister and I ) made a trip for her great-granddaughters birthday, it was just a quick overnight visit. We just needed a place to relax and sleep. This fit what we needed. The staff was very cordial, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was as we expected. I would stay here again. ”

“The breakfast was AMAZING. So many options! We immensely enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Only deducted points because it’s under construction right now and the door to our room was open when we arrived and was difficult to shut. Otherwise, kind and helpful staff and overall extremely pleased with our stay!”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
