The location is just barely off the highway but yet the landscape you feel like your nestled completely secluded. So easy to be in Custer, hill city, mt Rushmore, or the state park within leas than 15 minutes this is the perfect location. We would definitely love to be back at this rental! ”

“Tried several times weeks prior to our trip to get info from the property manager,no response at all!! Tried calling several times,left voicemail,sent text and sent 2 messages through vrbo...nothing!! When we arrived we had no code for the keyless entry after driving 10+ hours,called and luckily they answered. Said they emailed day of the trip but I had no email. The water smelled like dirt so after showering thats what you smelled like,ceiling in the loft was so low you literally had to crawl……

“This is a perfect location if you want to be in the middle of the Black Hills. Very close to Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Iron Mountain Road, Needles Highway, Custer and just 3 miles to Hill City. Very quiet and well off the road. The space is roomy and there's a collection of DVD's to watch and books to read. Nice patio, Washer Dryer, well appointed kitchen and parking right outside the door. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. When we first walked in we thought it was really small, but once we got settled in, it was the perfect size. It was myself, my husband, and my 8 year old. She loved having her own room instead of a fold out couch. The location was awesome. Super close to Mount Rushmore. There is also the 1880 train from Keystone to Hill City right up the road that we did. The track actually runs right behind the property, so we could have seen it go by if we had been there……
