Our only problem was the only elevator broke and was unusable the morning of our departure. The six flights were steep and circular and very disturbing for two older travelers. The desk man did go up for our luggage but I had to go up as well for additional items. We came to understand why they asked us our preference for floors. I would recommend choosing a lower floor….but would……
