“Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.”
