“This was the adventure we were hoping for! We visited with our teens (14 and 16). It is such a beautiful location and we really enjoyed seeing wildlife up close! We saw agouti, river otters, howler monkeys, bats, toucans, and several other beautiful birds during our stay. The rope swing and being able to get in the river was very nice. Mike and the ladies at Cohune are so nice! Mike is very knowledgeable about the area and is happy to share. The food was also amazing! Highly recommend breakfast……

“This property was absolutely amazing! The staff was over-the-top with their friendliness, hospitality, and service! A pool side plate of nachos was served with white linen service. We ate several dinners there and everyone in our family thought it was the best meal of our trip!! Portions were generous as well. “We very much enjoyed our stay at Mahogany Hall. The staff is incredibly friendly, the view of the river is incredible and the accommodations are lovely. If you don’t mind a short drive into San Ignacio, the tranquility of this place is ideal. It’s off the beaten path and yet still close enough that all four of our tours picked us up at the hotel.
