“The property was very nice, there was a problem with the door, we told them and someone came right up to see what the problem was. Was a little isolated, there was freeway access. We would stay again.”

“Waste from last guest left on trash can. Toilet paper and tissue were almost used out. Apparently the housekeeper didn’t do her/his job well. The cleanness of the room is in doubt.”

“The best experience that I have had at a hotel in 19 years. Great staff top to bottom. Everything was clean, pool was clean, pool towels were stocked. The breakfast was very good. The lady that was taking care of it kept everything clean. She even greeted people upon entry to the area and when leaving. A desk employee even asked if I needed help moving our personal items.”

“Staff and people are friendly. They are very accommodating to what you need and take care of things if any issue comes up. ”

“The property is well maintained for being an older house. Each room has unique character and charm. Beautifully decorated. The only issue I had was with the heating in my room. It was blowing cold air. Staff had to come to my room 3 different times to try to fix the problem. They were not successful because the room was either freezing cold or extremely hot. Eventually they moved me to a different room. ”
