“Change to another hotel acora without notice. And change the double bed to single bed without notice. Not recommended.”

“The AC had problem. It was off on the midnight. We asked the reception but they gave us a very terrible answer. They said te AC was not inclued with room charge so AC broken cant be an issue for complainting. We wont go thia hotel again.”

“Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Staff are helpful. The hotel is not closed to the main station but it’s nearby the stadium. I was there for the soccer match. It was good that I could go back to the hotel quickly. I had a light dining there which was good. If you don’t want a long walk back to the city center or train station this hotel is a good choice.”

“It was the first time to stay at Lindner city hotel Köln, my friend n I felt comfy during the accommodation. Hope to visit Köln next time and of course again choose Lindner hotel for our stay decision!”

“Absolute nice location, just next to the Koennigsallee. The breakfast was not that huge, but full of surprises. House made marmalade, fresh smoothies and various salad. I also like their decorations, new and modern. I will book the same hotel if I have travel plan to Duesseldorf.”

“客房設計典雅舒適，但說真的訂面對都市景的房間很受隔壁棟辦公大樓影響，睡覺還是很能感受隔壁辦公室的亮光，還是推薦考量住宿的人選擇面河景觀房。客房清潔但因為我們住宿三晚，第一晚有忘記補充盥洗用品狀況，電話要求客房服務但速度頗慢不像五星級飯店應有的水準。 飯店所在位置很獨特很美，但交通不易，所以要吸引人們來住宿，勢必在服務上要做加強。曾有一天早晨約十點我們特別到櫃檯告知請在一點前來整理房間，兩個小孩要睡午覺，但一點回到房間仍未整理。我們打電話告知櫃檯請他們快來整理但仍是等了將近一個小時才來，而那時小孩已經在房內睡著燈已關，本來要求下午一點前整理的房間，用到下午四點我們全家都在房間睡著了才一直開門要整理……服務很不好”

“Very conveniently located next to the train station, lots of food and shop options around. Personnel were very nice and responsive. Room was very well equipped, with a fridge, stove, espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and cups, and even a dishwasher! It had a small sofa to relax and a table to have your meals. Bathroom was very clean and all working perfectly. Only three observations: the selection of TV channels, which are mostly aimed a German-European audience, and very little……

“地點方便，距車站與主要景點走路都能到，附近餐廳酒館多。飯店設有停車場。 1樓上2樓沒電梯，得扛行李上樓。洗澡水壓與水溫不穩，床偏軟。”

“优点：车开进庭院大门的时候，几乎所有人都“哇”出了声。曾是皇家狩猎行宫的酒店恢弘气派，整个建筑和庭院极致对称，视觉冲击巨大。院子里不能停车，只有少数两三个刚check-in的车停在门口。check-in过程很顺利，负责的staff态度很好，给我们升级了一间房以及每间房送了一支红酒，是酒店自己的酒庄，出人意料的好喝。 晚上在酒店的意大利餐厅用餐，非常满，要提前订座。味道很好。 第二天一早，从酒店能看到科隆的天际线，大教堂的尖尖顶就正对着酒店大门。酒店所在的bensberg小城很安静，下面一条街就有很多bakery，吃早餐也非常方便。 缺点：房间很小，即使upgrade的那间也算不上宽敞。职员态度很好但是服务速度实在有点慢，要个热水等得我睡着了两觉才送来个烧水壶。 另外停车比较贵，我们停在了酒店步行5分钟的教堂，overnight不要钱。”
