“When we arrived the hotel, nice and gentle front desk introduced the room we’ll stay. He also help us to bring baggage upstair!! The hotel’s location is wonderful. Near Hagia Sophia Museum so close, only 3 mins by foot. During the breakfast, we can see the Marmara Sea directly. We enjoyed the breakfast and sea view at least half hour every morning. Very breathtaking the moment!”

“Als ich ankam, fand man meine Reservierung nicht. Ich hatte eine große Familiensuite gebucht, mir wurde ein Zimmer gezeigt. Ich sagte, das ist in Ordnung. Dann erhielt ich ein anderes, viel kleineres Zimmer. Das war nur ein Doppelzimmer. Der Toilettendeckel war nicht festgeschraubt. Der Siphon verlor Wasser, sodass im Bad ständig der Boden feucht war. Die Einrichtung war alt, abgewohnt, und es war auch nicht richtig sauber. Als ich am nächsten Tag auscheckte, war die Rechnung nicht fertig und……
